Our office is located at 2 Union Plaza, Suite 300, New London Connecticut 06320. If you are interested in talking to us about adopting, please call us to set up a no-cost appointment to come in and meet with us. You will find a directions link at the very bottom of your screen.
New London Connecticut is a beautiful small city with the Thames River on her eastern shore and the Long Island Sound on her southern shore. The CT-AFS office is just a short walk to the new Water Front Park - a great place for a stroll and a great view of the river and sound. Or stop by New London Main Street and check out what's happening in New London.

- Sep 16, 2009 - Families Needed:
We are now looking for Connecticut parents to adopt infants of all races, including African-American, through private domestic adoption. The waiting period has become much shorter over this past year, so domestic adoption has become a more viable option for many. As always, we are also seeking families to adopt CT state foster children through our grant-funded program "Project CT's Child". - May 1, 2009 - Check out the Heart Gallery
